Keen as mustard

Such an easy, tasty sauce ~ honey mustard! Throw it over chicken, steak or pasta and vege, so delish! Heat 1 cup of cream, 1 dessert spoon of wholegrain mustard, 1 dessert spoon of honey and 1 chicken stock cube in a saucepan until it thickens a little, usually around 10 or so minutes. Yum, yum, yum x

A ring a ring a posey

Just love my new posey ring! I've been looking for the right piece of jewellery to personalise with the name of each member of my family hand-stamped onto it. I fell in love with this petite ring on etsy and received my own little edition of this piece last week. I can now keep a little piece of all my family with me every where I go. That makes me smile :)

Inception ~ it must be a dream

If you're a matrix fan or just love those movies that get you deep in thought then Inception is a must see for you. It's been awhile since I've seen a flick that has got me so excited about it's concept, I just loved the detail of thought that has gone into this movie that's based in the land of our dreams. As soon as you finish watching this you'll want to talk endless about a great concept and I couldn't wait to watch it for a second time to tear this in-depth story line apart again. The cast is very easy on the eye which is a plus and I can't wait to add this film to my dvd collection, I might even go as far to say it will become a top ten favourite!
